The Global Wellness Institute defines wellness as the active pursuit of activities, choices, and lifestyles that lead to a state of holistic health.

Wellness is an individual pursuit—we have self-responsibility for our own choices, behaviors and lifestyles—but it is also significantly influenced by the physical, social and cultural environments in which we live.

SMS as instituted 5-pillars of wellness, that we must master to get to a high level in context to our health, wellness, and vitality. Our goal is to design a program that is specific to your spa or wellness facility using a proven method of these 5-pillars.

PHYSICAL WELLNESS

Physical wellness is the ability to maintain a healthy quality of life that allows us to get the most out of our daily activities without undue fatigue or physical stress.

WELLNESS THERAPY

Wellness Therapy is designed to alleviate pain, calm the senses, and rejuvenate the body.  These circuits have great benefits from sweating in steam rooms, relaxation in the floatation tank, to reaping the benefits of cryotherapy. Overall the whole process of wellness therapy will leave you feeling awake, and rejuvenated.

MEDICAL WELLNESS

SMS approach is to initiate partnerships with doctors and practitioners to introduce various wellness components to the Spa & Wellness facility (i.e. dermatologist-anti –aging injectables & fillers, IV therapy, acupuncturist, nutritionist and oriental medicine 

Beauty Wellness

It is a reflection of how you feel about yourself, your emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual balance, your internal sense of wholeness. This is the wisdom of acceptance that shines from within and becomes your beauty-wellness.

Wellness Retreats
